All products are handmade. The crafting period varies based on order volume and will be completed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some products shipped from our overseas warehouse may incur import duties or taxes, especially for customers outside the USA.

To initiate a return, email us at energy@xingeero.com. We will provide the return address within 24-48 hours. Items must be unused and, if possible, in their original, unopened packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 1-2 days. Refunds are issued via credit card or PayPal, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery for all returns and exchanges to avoid issues with lost packages.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier, but we recommend using a tracking service to ensure a smooth return process.
